Just an Idea…A Travel Fund
Tuesday, March 29th, 2005What if we started a travel fund to help pay for expenses for needy podcasters to get to PodcasterCon? I can think of a few AmeriCorp VISTA people who work hard helping others all of the time and are broke. Wouldn’t it be great to pay for someones flight? I could find a place for them to stay during the event pretty easy. This sort of “travel grant” would be putting our $ where our mouth is, IMHO. The fun part is figuring out who qualifies. (i.e. ability to pay definitions and legal determination) What do ya’ll think?
