Rockn’ Out after PodCon

The small towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro have a long reputation of incredible rock n’ roll music, hip hop, DJs of all kinds, experimental, country and western, rock-a-billy, Elvis impersonators, etc., etc. Saturday night after PodcasterCon is no exception. We can rock tha house like we we’re in NYC or San Fran and do it cheaper than hell!

    RECESS at the Nightlight is almost always an awesome showcase of local avant garde talent — jazz/rock/hiphop/classical, though often noisy. And Nightlight is the best venue in town: a nerdy hip coffeshop with cheap PBR and walls lined with books. Perfect for podcasters.

    … Wait … did my recommendation just make this conference commercial? Damn it! I’m such a sell out.
